How can you make your prices so low?
By bulk buying large quantities of furniture directly from factories worldwide and without intermediaries, we have managed to obtain the best price possible. Do you provide turn-key packages?

Do you provide Interior Design Consultation? If so at what cost?

What is included in the price of the furniture package?
Everything! We order your furniture, arrange a convenient delivery date, deliver your furniture, assemble and install it: all you need to do is sit back and relax and then enjoy your holiday home.  (back to top)

Does easy-furniture offer a choice of fabrics and designs?
At easy- furniture we have a large selection of fabrics and designs in a wide variety of colours and price ranges to choose from, for all your soft furnishing needs.   (back to top)

Are the prices guaranteed?
After placing your order, when you have confirmation of receipt of your deposit and price confirmation, your price is fixed for 12 months from the date of order.  (back to top)

What is your best seller?
The 2- bedroom Elite Pack is by far the best seller.This gives you the best of both worlds; a great combination of low price and luxury, thus increasing your rental returns. The Premium pack is generally for people whose property is for personal use or for renting out to the top end market.  (back to top)

Do you provide specialised furniture packages for developers?
Yes, we can design a specific furniture package and Show Apartments to meet the needs of any developer. Please contact us directly with more information and we will arrange for a personal consultation with one of our Interior Designers, who will advise on the best products to suit your development.  (back to top)

How do I know that I am dealing with a reputable company?

What are your opening times?
Our Showrooms are open every day (Monday to Saturday) from 10.00 until 18.00hrs. Please feel free to pop in and see us at anytime. Do you have a brochure that you can send me?
Yes, we have a selection of catalogues that we can send you; just give us your address and apartment size and we will send some in the post to you straight away.   (back to top)

PLACING AN ORDER

Can I see the furniture before I order?
Yes, please come to visit us at our Showroom in the central Algarve, where you can see the quality of our furniture for yourself and meet us in person. We believe that all clients should have the opportunity to see what they are buying before they pay for it. You can even lock in your price with a low deposit, then when you are next in the Algarve come and see us in person and view your furniture before confirming your order. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will refund your reservation in full.*  (back to top)

Do you give bulk purchase discounts?
Yes, we are happy to discuss discounts based on furnishing multiple units, whether you are furnishing a couple of units or a whole development. The amount of discount offered will be based on the volume and size of the order.  (back to top)

Can you give me a delivery date before I order?
Yes, just contact us and give us the details of the furniture package you require along with your preferred delivery date and we can confirm your delivery date before you place your order.  (back to top)

What is your normal delivery time?
All orders are available in our warehouse within 2 months from receiving the order and payment. We will then contact you to arrange the delivery of your furniture.  (back to top)

Do you hold stock for immediate delivery?
Yes, unlike other companies we carry a large selection of stock that is available for immediate delivery. However, we cannot guarantee availability for your exact choice, so we advise placing your order in advance to avoid being disappointed and to ensure that your furniture will be delivered on time.  (back to top)

What is the cost of assembley, delivery and installation?
There are no extra charges for assembly, delivery and Installations. With easy-furniture your furniture is assembled, delivered and installed completely free of charge, with no added hidden charges.  (back to top)

When is the best time for me to place an order?
The best time to place your order is as soon as possible. Although it only takes 2 months, by reserving your furniture package in advance we place your order with the factory straight away, thus ensuring delivery and locking in the price of your order for up to 12 months in advance.  (back to top)

What are your payment terms?
Deposit: On placing your order we require a down- payment of 10% of the order value. We will then give you an order confirmation within 24 hours of receipt confirming your order and delivery date. If for any reason we can not meet your requirements we will give you a 100% refund.*
60% of total order: At least two months before delivery we will contact you to re-confirm your delivery date and arrange the details, at which point we require a further payment, being 60% of the order value.
Balance on Delivery: The balance of order is due on or before delivery, which we can arrange with you at your convenience.  (back to top)

How do I pay for my order?
We give you the option to choose between three different ways of paying the deposit for your furniture package, giving you the maximum security and personal choice:
- Credit card direct
- Bank transfer
- Cheque
Major credit cards can be accepted when presented at the show room. However, Sun Wood is unable to accept credit card details by phone, email, or fax.  (back to top)

How is my deposit protected?
When you use your credit card your deposit is fully protected against fraudulent transactions with full protection cover and dispute resolution giving you peace of mind.  (back to top)

Can I customize / personalize my order?
Yes. Not only are there three different packages in many different colours and fabrics to choose from, you can also customize /personalize your order and add any other items shown in the catalogue to suit your personal needs.  (back to top)

Can I order individual items?
Yes, we have a wide range of products in many different colours and fabrics. For more information, please ask for our catalogue. You can also add individual items to furniture package, if you so wish. For one -off or small orders, we charge a small delivery fee, or you can collect direct from our show rooms.  (back to top)

Is there anyone I can talk to about my order?
We are happy to talk to you at any time to answer questions relating to your furniture order. DELIVERY

Can you deliver straight away?
Yes. Unlike other companies, we do carry a certain amount of stock, so we can deliver straight away. However, we cannot guarantee availability for your exact choice, so we advise placing your order in advance to avoid disappointed and to ensure that your furniture will be delivered on time. How much notice do I need to give to arrange for the installation of my furniture?
We require two weeks’ notice to arrange the delivery of your furniture. Please contact us as soon as you know when your property will be ready so that we can schedule your installation accordingly. Remember, you will need to arrange for the keys to be available and for the apartment to be cleaned before the furniture can be installed.(back to top)

Can you deliver to the rest of Portugal or other countries?
We deliver anywhere in the Algarve and Costa del la Luz free of charge. We can also deliver to anywhere else in Portugal with an added charge to cover the cost of delivery.

What happens if the delivery is delayed due to the fact that my apartment is not ready?
If your apartment is not ready for the furniture to be installed on the date that you specified when you made the order easy-furniture will store your furniture free of charge for one month, after which there will be a small charge to cover the cost of storing your furniture until your apartment is ready.(back to top)

Do I need to have contents insurance before the furniture is installed, and if so, can you recommend a company which provides this?
It is recommended that you have content insurance on your property before your furniture is installed in case of loss or damage. We do not provide this service ourselves, however we can give you recommendations upon request. (back to top)

What if I cannot be present when you deliver?
You can authorize your agent or management company to take delivery on your behalf. Just send us their contact details and we will arrange the delivery with them directly – we will even e-mail photos of your installed furniture should you require it.(back to top)

What if I am not satisfied with my furniture?
For your peace of mind, we are pleased to offer you our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your furniture, you may receive a full refund of your purchase price of your furniture (conditions apply – see below**)(back to top)

Can I order my garden furniture through you?

Do you supply electrical goods such as televisions, DVD players, vacuum cleaners etc?
We have a network of suppliers from whom we can source all the electrical good that you require. Just give us your specifications and budget and we will arrange for the purchase, delivery and installation according to your requirements. (back to top)

Can you help me with the air-conditioning for my property?
We work with a a specialist air conditioning company who can help you choose what type of unit(s) would be most suitable for your property. Please see our webpage on air conditioning for more information.(back to top)

Do you provide and install safes?
Yes, we provide two types of safes that we recomend for rental units which can be delivered and installed with your furniture. Please e-mail us on info@easy-furniture.co.uk for more information. If these are not what you are looking for we can recommend a company that specializes in security safes who have a wide variety of safes and secuirty devices to choose from.(back to top)

I intend to rent out my unit and therefore need to have fire extinguishers, a fire blanket and sensors. Do you provide and install these items?
When we install your furniture we can also install a Fire and Safety Package, which includes fire sensors, a fire blanket, and fire extinguisher(s) with displays signs. If you are looking to rent out your property, we recomend that you take this package, which is required by law and covers you in the event of an accident while your unit is being rented.(back to top)

Can you arrange for a Deep Clean of my unit before the furniture is installed?
We work with a number of companies in certain areas we will be able to arrange for a deep clean of your property, which is charged according to the number of hours needed. Expect to pay somewhere between €100 and €200 depending on the size of the property and how much work is required. LOWEST PRICE GAURENTEE
Due to the fact that we buy all our goods direct from the factory, we are so confident that we are prepared to offer you our Lowest Price Guarantee; whereby if you can find the same furniture fully assembled and delivered to your door in the Algarve for a lower price, we will refund you the difference in Full.(back to top)

If you are not completely satisfied with your furniture pack you can return it to us provided:
You notify us in writing not more than 48 hours after delivery by registered post; there has been no damage to any item of furniture and mattress covers have not been removed. This offer applies only to the complete package (excluding soft furnishings) and will be reimbursed after deduction of a collection fee. (back to top)
